From a hairline foundation crack to a fully flooded crawl space, Halo Water Proofing has handled it in Middleburg before. We show up, we diagnose it straight, and we fix it right.
We're Halo Water Proofing — a VA-licensed, fully insured waterproofing outfit that's spent years learning exactly how water moves through Middleburg-area foundations, and exactly how to stop it.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Middleburg job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Middleburg customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
A musty smell in the basement or crawl space is usually moisture you can't see yet, not just "old house smell."
Hairline cracks can widen over a Middleburg winter's freeze-thaw cycle and become active leak points by spring.
That white chalky film on basement walls is efflorescence — mineral deposits left behind as water evaporates through concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail at the worst possible time — usually during the next big Middleburg storm.
If a foundation wall looks like it's leaning or bulging inward, that's beyond a simple seal and needs a full assessment.
These signs upstairs are often the last clue Middleburg homeowners notice, even though the moisture issue started in the basement months earlier.
Every Middleburg property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
When your Middleburg basement floods, minutes matter for your drywall, flooring, and belongings. We dispatch a crew fast, pull the water, and start drying the space with commercial-grade equipment the same visit.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Middleburg basements start leaking. We use epoxy injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →A tired or undersized sump pump is the #1 reason we get emergency calls in Middleburg after heavy rain. We install battery backup units so your basement stays dry even if the power goes out mid-storm.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →For Middleburg properties fighting grading or drainage issues, an exterior French drain can intercept water before it ever reaches the foundation wall at all. We map your yard's slope and water flow before recommending which approach fits.
Ask About Drain Systems →Older Middleburg homes with vented crawl spaces are especially prone to seasonal moisture swings — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We work directly with Middleburg property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections — scheduled around your operating hours.
Request a Commercial Quote →No confusing steps, no hard sell — just the same process our Middleburg crews follow on every job.
We start with a phone conversation, not a script — enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We walk the space with you, point out what we find, and explain it in plain language — no jargon, no pressure.
No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your Middleburg job is what's invoiced.
Our crew completes the work, cleans up the site, and walks you through the warranty coverage on what was installed.
We quote the job in writing after inspecting it in person, so what you agree to on the phone or at your door is what shows up on the final invoice.
Because we're actually based near Middleburg rather than routing calls through a national center, we can usually get someone out the same day you call.
Warranty terms are explained before you sign, in plain language, so there's no fine print surprise if you ever need to use it.
We'd rather earn a repeat customer with an honest small fix than push a system you don't need.
